Beginners Start-Up:

Everyone starts somewhere. Whether you’re younger or older, the Beginners Start-Up program focuses on building a strong foundation starting with the basics. Come learn with DFT guiding every step of the way.

First Responder Fitness:

First responders truly live on the front lines every day. Police officers, firefighters, and ambulance workers are exposed to dangers and stress in a highly unique way. Being physically fit is essential to safely performing your duties as a first responder and for handling the mental stress that is inherent with the danger. As a former law enforcement officer, I am proud to offer fitness plans for police/fire academy prep and for functional fitness enabling better performance for the rigors first responders face in the world.

Combat Athlete:

If you’re in the military or are interested in joining the military, the fact of the matter is that fitness is essential for success. I know from personal experience that the military often does not emphasize a healthy lifestyle. Injuries, lack of understanding of training, and overtraining are some of the few issues that are pervasive in the military in regards to fitness. You deserve better! Whether you want to achieve a higher score for the ACFT, are preparing for a specialty school, or simply want to be more capable at your warfighting function, DFT can help you get the results you want.

Athlete Performance:

Why do athletes need a coach? Because coaches can see things that we can’t always see. I was at my best as an athlete when I had a coach helping me improve to my fullest potential. Whether you’re a professional or you’re on the junior varsity team looking to get a varsity spot, choosing a coach that can help you achieve your maximum results is vital.

Longevity Program:

It is a common misconception that once we pass a certain age or once we’ve had a particular injury, our fitness lifestyle is over. Nothing could be further from the truth! Injuries happen to almost everyone and age is just a number. If you want to achieve that good quality of life through age and injury, don’t give up and don’t stop moving! We may face obstacles and challenges, but let DFT help you improve your quality of life for the sake of yourself and for the sake of those you love.
